Terms of Service for Johnny Siharis aka Johnny da Coach

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Agreement") govern the relationship between Johnny Siharis aka Johnny da Coach ("Coach," "we," "us," or "our") and the client ("Client," "you," or "your") for coaching services. By purchasing or engaging in any of our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Services Provided

We offer coaching services in the following areas:

Life coaching, career coaching, personal development, coaching for creatives.

Sessions may take place via phone, video conference, or in person depending on availability and location.

3. Scheduling & Payment

Booking: Sessions can be booked through JohnnydaCoach.com.

Payment: All payments must be made in advance via the online system.

Pricing: The fees for coaching services depend on the services provided and the term of the agreement. This will be determined before the coaching begins.

Refunds: We do not offer refunds for services rendered. However, in exceptional circumstances, you may be eligible for a partial refund if sessions are cancelled with at least 24 hours notice.

Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please provide at least 24 hours notice. Late cancellations or no-shows will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to the rate of payment due for the session.

4. Client Responsibilities

Commitment: Clients are expected to engage in the coaching process fully and actively. This includes attending scheduled sessions, completing any tasks or assignments provided, and communicating openly with the Coach.

Confidentiality: All information shared between the Coach and Client during the coaching relationship is confidential except where required by law. We may share success stories or testimonials with your consent but personal details will always remain private.

Respect for Boundaries: The Coach will respect the boundaries of the Client and the Client is expected to do the same. Any inappropriate behavior will result in termination of the coaching relationship.

5. Disclaimers

No Guarantees: Coaching is a collaborative process. While the Coach will provide guidance, tools, and support, success depends on the Client's own effort. The Coach makes no guarantees about the results of the coaching.

Not a Substitute for Therapy: Coaching is not therapy. The Coach is not a licensed therapist, counselor, or medical professional. If the Client is experiencing mental health challenges, they are encouraged to seek help from a licensed professional.

6. Intellectual Property

Coach’s Content: Any materials, worksheets, or resources provided during coaching sessions are the intellectual property of Johnny Siharis aka Johnny da Coach. These resources are for personal use only and may not be shared, copied, or redistributed without permission.

Client's Ideas: The Client retains ownership of any ideas, business plans, or concepts discussed during coaching unless otherwise agreed.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Coach is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may arise from the use of our coaching services.

The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Coach from any claims, damages, or expenses related to their use of the coaching services.

8. Termination

Either the Client or Coach may terminate the coaching relationship at any time for any reason with 7 days notice. In such cases, any prepaid fees will be refunded for services not yet rendered minus any cancellation fees.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of the State of California.

10. Modifications

Coach reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. The Client will be notified of any significant changes, and continued use of the coaching services after changes constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.
